Airworthiness Engineer Vacancy

We are recruiting for an Airworthiness Engineer to join our team based at Farnborough Airport. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment who is proficient at meeting deadlines and tackling challenges.


  • Application and follow-up of modification and repair approvals
  • Management of maintenance program updates and currency
  • Management of aircraft technical administration
  • Management of availability and currency of approved data
  • Create and issue work pack
  • Forecast and plan aircraft maintenance
  • Monitor and update documentation such as technical logs and tracking systems
  • Process ARC inspection work packs
  • Regular technical coordination with the Engineering team
  • Liaise with Engineering and Quality to ensure compliance in all areas
  • Design, issue and comply with company paperwork and procedures
  • Oversee and adapt all heath and safety procedures and processes and play an active part in continuous improvement

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Engineering and Quality to ensure compliance in all areas
  • Make sure all maintenance is carried out in accordance with Approved Maintenance
  • Ensure the base complies with Part M and all maintenance paperwork is completed
    in accordance with internal guidelines including legal and internal requirements
  • Provide 24/7 AOG technical support on an on-call basis to company aircraft/3 rd party aircraft
  • Update the Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME), ensuring it is
    always up to date, followed by the team and in accordance with EASA requirements
  • Tracking, investigating and reporting any parts issues

Qualifications and Experience:

  • ¬†Ideally have experience of a technical career in aviation
  • IT proficient with excellent Microsoft Office skills including experience of using
    computer maintenance programs including CAMP systems
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, team orientation, stress resistance and flexibility
